Hill encourages pitchers to stay focused on the task at hand, and to only think about their next pitch, not a previous mistake or the batter on deck.
Hill began the 2016 season as the Oakland Athletics fifth starting pitcher in the rotation. This is his ninth different team since joining the league in 2005.
