Who this camp is for: Serious ballplayers who want to learn the skills needed to play college and professional baseball.
*Every player will leave with specific drills and work outs they can use on their own moving forward. Although it’s a one day camp, everything we do is designed for long term improvement.
What you need to know about your NLB Camp Coaches…
David Franco – Founder of Next Level Ballplayer
4-yr middle infielder at Miami University, 10 years experience working with HS, College and Professional baseball players, worked with Los Angeles Dodgers’ prospects in their Dominican Academy, was once told by FL gator fans that his mullet wasn’t welcome in Gainesville, and once beat Ben Zobrist’s wife in a sing off.
Andy Simunic: 17th Round Draft pick by the Astros out of University of Tennessee
.276 career hitter over 7 professional seasons, once led the entire NCJAA (Junior College) in stolen bases, has played through shingles and is not afraid to wear cowboy boots on weeknights.
Ryan Mullins – 3rd round draft pick by the Twins out of Vanderbilt University
He was All SEC, and pre season All-American, All State Pitcher at Father Ryan, hasn’t gone a week without mac and cheese since 1997 and his top advice to youngsters is “Go to college. It’s great.”
Blake Crigger – 40th round draft pick by the Angels
Okaloosa-Walton C.C. before heading to University of Tennessee, All State pitcher/catcher at BA, has the best facial hair in greater Nashville area and claims to be able to punt a football a quarter mile.
Josh Costello – MLB Player Trainer Guru
Josh played college baseball and has been training top athletes for over 10 years. He is the go to trainer for a number of MLB players who live in Nashville… Josh enjoys the occasional motorcycle ride and once held a plank for 47 minutes… The only reason he stopped the plank was because he was late for a date.

Skills Covered: Each player will go through the following 5 stations (The first half of each station will be teaching and drills followed by intense competition for killer prizes):
- Mental Baseball Station (Baseball Knowledge: 1 question quiz)
- Choice of Hitting Station (10sies Competition) or Pitching Station (Paint Competition)
- Ground ball station (Man Up Drill Competition)
- Fly Ball Station (Sky High T-Racks Competition)
- Baserunning/Speed Training Station (Zoom Competition)
Cost: $75 per player ($50 for each additional sibling) if you sign up before Nov 12th.
$99 per player if you sign up after Nov 12th.

Also, ALL campers must wear a hat (Or else we will put you at the base running station all day!!)
What/Who is Next Level Ballplayer:
Franco has worked with numerous college and HS baseball programs as well as the Los Angeles Dodgers prospects in their Dominican Academy.
In the off season, Franco throws batting practice to a number of MLB players and prospects, including Ben Zobrist (Rays), Chase Headley (Yankees) and Logan Forsythe (Rays).
Franco brings a wealth of baseball knowledge and experience to all camps/clinics that Next Level Ballplayer puts on all over the country and world (Dominican Republic).[/text_block]
