Today we hear from someone who needs little introduction: former MVP and six-time All-Star, Miguel Tejada. The Dominican shortstop turned third basemen, came up with the Oakland A’s and has since played with the Orioles, Astros, Padres and Giants. On top of his MVP and All-Star seasons, Tejada has an All-Star game MVP and Home Run Derby Championship under his belt. I ran down Miguel before one of his Dominican Winter League games the other day for this quick interview video below. In the interview, we talk about the keys to being a great ballplayer, best hitting advice he’s received and his favorite hitting drill.
