To Coach Kennedy, swing plane simply means controlling the barrel. According to Coach, you want the barrel to stay above or the same height as your hands through the hitting zone before contact. This will have your hitters consistently hitting the ball hard.
Teaching the swing plane to your hitters is a guaranteed way to see success this spring.
